TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Panarina Marketing offers:

Custom website and landing page development
Meta Ads / Google Ads setup and management
AI automation and Make.com workflows
Lead qualification systems
Full marketing system development

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Schedule:

Deposit Required: 50% upfront to begin work
Final Payment: 50% upon project completion
Monthly Services: Payment due on the 1st of each month

Late Payments: Overdue invoices may result in service suspension.

3. WHAT'S INCLUDED

Website Projects:

Custom design and development
Mobile-responsive layout
Basic SEO setup
Contact form integration

NOT Included:

Ongoing hosting (client responsibility)
Domain registration (client responsibility)
Content writing (unless specified)
Stock photos (unless specified)

4. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

Scope Changes: Any requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

Rush Orders: 50% surcharge for projects requiring completion in under 2 weeks.

Hosting & Maintenance: Optional monthly maintenance packages available starting at $200/month.

5. PROJECT TIMELINE

Estimated Completion: 2-4 weeks for most projects

Timelines depend on:

Project complexity
Client feedback speed
Content availability

Delays Beyond Our Control: If a project is delayed due to client inaction for over 30 days, a restart fee may apply.

6. REVISIONS

Included Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions

Additional Revisions: $100-$300 per round (depending on scope)

Major Redesigns: Considered a new project and billed separately

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Client Cancellation:

Before work begins: Full refund of deposit
After work begins: Deposit is non-refundable
Work completed to date will be billed at hourly rate

Our Right to Cancel: If a client is unresponsive for 60+ days, the project may be considered abandoned.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

Upon Full Payment:

Client owns all deliverables
Full rights to use, modify, and distribute

Before Full Payment: Panarina Marketing retains ownership until final invoice is paid.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide:

Timely feedback and approvals
All necessary content (text, images, branding)
Access to relevant platforms (hosting, email, analytics)
Clear communication about project requirements

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Panarina Marketing is NOT liable for:

Third-party service outages (hosting, email, payment processors)
Loss of revenue due to website downtime
Issues caused by client modifications post-delivery

Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount paid for the project.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect client privacy and will not share:

Business strategies or proprietary information
Login credentials or sensitive data
